Less than 10 hours for a new year, I am not ready to welcome 2012 yet, unlike previous years when I would be very excited counting down the hours left and looking forward a brand new year. This year, I feel that I didn't have enough time for everything, but I am grateful that almost all my wishes in 2011 wish list have been granted, somehow.

2011 has been a very special year for me because of all the first-times.

First time working and living outside the country, although there is only a bridge away between the two countries. Sometimes I do get confused where am I at.
First time being able to swim for more than 5m, its embarrassing I know but its already considered a big achievement for me, considering that I had never swim for the past 23 years of my life. Thanks to my sifus.
First time traveled to totally unfamiliar countries alone. Ask me why I did that, because I wanna do something different for my 24th birthday and that was the most special and unforgettable birthday present I could give myself so far.
First time conquered black diamond route (off road cycling trail) in Pulau Ubin, my bike was dead halfway and I even fell down once from the bike, but I am proud I did it, it was an awesome experience. Thanks again to my sifus.
First time having vacation with all the family members together, yes first time. Hopefully there are more to come in year 2012!

This year, I joined 6 marathons, couldn't make it to 10 though. Also, I settled my debt with Petronas and I am finally free from my creditor :D :D :D

Throughout the year, people and things I encountered along the way, regardless good ones or bad ones, they make me what I am today.

Year 2011, I have deeper understanding of time and life.
Life is short, yet time flies like no one's business. We don't have much time left to be wasted in our life.
We've got to forget the past, live in the present and look into the future, do not leave any regrets in our life.

We normally don't regret something we did, but something we didn't.

I Just Ran Away From My House

I didn't know what I was trying to prove, but ever since my first step out from the house, I knew that I got to go on, of course there is always turning back but I don't want to look down on myself. The first time in my life running away from my house (not my home, because I already ran out from my home) and the city I am familiar with, with excitement, fear, worries and also guilt for not obeying my parents.

With my only traveling companion, a more than 8kg backpack, I started my journey to another countries I had never been before, the cities I don't speak their language at all. Thinking of all the potential dangers that could have happened to me, my very first mission was to come back in one piece! This trip actually sounds more like an adventure, I don't like to be called a tourist, I want to be a traveler instead.

For me, the most exciting part about being in a foreign country is to learn about the locals, you can see so many things by visiting the city on foot and that's what I always love to do. The best part about traveling alone is that you are free to alter your plan, go anywhere you feel like going, stop anywhere you feel like staying for a bit longer and still be able to enjoy the journey because you don't have to please anyone, you just have to follow your mind and heart. But be ready to bear higher costs as there is no one to share the accommodation and transportation costs, also there is no one to help you to take pictures and sometimes it is quite scary to sleep in a room alone. Anyway, you won't be totally alone all the time because you will meet new friends along the way. I make 7 new friends this time :)

I am still proud of myself for keeping the promise I made to myself, its not a luxurious tours, no 5-star hotels, no expensive meals, no air-cond bus all the way, but its a trip that I will always remember and never regret. Although this trip is too short to transform me to a totally different person, but the things I encountered and people I met along the way do give me some inspiration and changed me in one way or the other.

所以我就买了戏票独自看了一部喜剧片。

我一边望着大荧幕，一边勉强地随着其他观众笑着，

却一边想着你到底还会去什么地方。

不管你在哪里，请记得一定要等我，我一定会找到你。

Again, A New Year

I forgotten what were my new year resolutions for year 2010, and wonder how many of them that I have achieved. Well, I pass my degree and this definitely has some indication for my future path.

Looking back things that happened throughout the year, ups and downs, to finally realize how things are not the same anymore. People changed, surrounding changed, status changed, thoughts changed...

Sometimes I wish life could be a bit gentler to me, but that is also how the way life shapes me to be what I am today. I am still in a so-called transition period, from the status of 'student' to 'working adult', and still trying to adapt to the change.

Also, this year I learned 2 philosophy of life. 居安思危 (to be prepared for danger in times of safety). 水能载舟，亦能覆舟(water that bears the boat is the same that swallows it up).

Should I wish for anything in 2011? Or I should rather believe that the best thing comes when you least expect it to?

I walked out from my lecturer's room, couldn't feel my feet touching the ground. Met Harpreet on the way back, and I was like jumping towards her:

"Harpreet!! My lecturer said 'GOOD'!!! "

For the whole semester, I could see the fed-up face of my lecturer everytime I meet him and tell him that I failed to produce any results for my final year project.

Had been cursing and begging for the program to be kind to me. Thank god, I could finally see something out of what I was doing few days ago, after experiencing crashing of pc, almost losing all the important data and in the end, have to 'pretend' to be postgraduate student to use their computer lab.

Hopefully everything will be smooth after this, then I can say goodbye to postgraduate computer lab and best thing, goodbye to FYP soon!

So, 5 days to Chinese New Year!!

I once heard as you get older, you lost the excitement in celebrating any festival. But I don't know why at my age, I am still pretty excited about the coming CNY. May be its because of the family gathering, the food, the angpao or merely because of the longer holiday (hmm.. pathetic huh..)

Thanks to Tronoh Pink Shop uncle for the mandarin oranges..

and also Carina, for the Bak Gua :)

My small brother is so afraid that I couldn't feel CNY in my campus and kept sending CNY songs to me. But the only way he knows how to send it is through voicemail, which he purposely play around with the volume. I don't know whether he wanted to make it sound like rap or what but it sounds annoying to me. Then he asked me to go watch the video from his facebook that he downloaded from YouTube. Then again, I don't know why I can't play any video in Facebook.

Anyway, Thanks to KenSeng, I finally have one very clear new year song，大日子(Tiger WooHoo's theme song) and I actually listen to it everyday since then.

I will be home in another 2 days.
I can foresee that the chipmunk will ask me this question :"The Periuk Kera won't eat your hand ar?" lol..

Mission Impossible II - Part 2

We already knew that this would be the lady we wanted to look for..

Next thing, we need to know where she is..

We have the most advanced technology to check her location..

"An UFO-like building on top of a mountain"

Happily, we started our journey right away..

But how could we get to the mountain top?

"Hmm... we got to figure something out... "

*Serious face*
The civil engineers at work..

We decided this would be the solution..
(A bridge connecting somewhere to the mountain top, it sounds weird, but trust the engineers :P )

*evil grin*
Again, we didn't expect there would be trouble maker in the team :(

Upon the completion of bridge, accident happened.
We lost a few members T_T

Some of us fell in deep sorrow for losing our beloved teammates..

Some in deep disappointment for not being able to accomplish the task..

Also, there were evil people among us.....

*幸灾乐祸*
"HahaHahaHahA.. Such a LOSER!! "

Therefore, we held a secret operation to find out those culprits who tried to boycott the team..

... and imprisoned them.

Although the number of members was lesser then,
but we could finally execute our task safely.

We learnt from the previous lesson and used a smarter way to reach the mountain top.

We made it and...

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!

I was thinking of a post to recap my 2009, but I hate to write too much, I believe a picture means thousand words, so I replace the wordy entry with some interesting pictures taken throughout the year. Mission Impossible is purely fiction, so no offense :)

2009 has been very interesting and fun year for me, thanks to all those appearing in the pictures posted in Mission Impossible Part I and II.
Also, a lot of them in my hard disk. I treasure them a lot.

Mission Impossible II - Part 1

In 2008, we failed our first mission and escaped from our boss.

In 2009, we again, received a new mission.

Prince Fei wants to marry the prettiest lady on the earth.

Additional requirements to be fulfilled:

1. She must be sexy

2. She must be a chicken lover

3. She must be sporty

To make sure that we won't fail the mission again, we recruited more members.

Oppsss.. this is a bit too much..

Mind you, some of them are only taking gaji buta...

First thing of all, we must look for the prettiest lady on earth.

We tried so many ways..

Some used a very conventional way, such as writing to ask Santa...

Some used more advanced method, SMS Santa...

And some extremely lazy member used this way...
Praying to Santa -_-"

However, Santa used his own way to tell us the hints..
By appearing in the dream..

Finally, we got an idea who was the lady we were searching for..

出嫁

还记得小时候，当舅舅和婶婶有事外出不得不把表姐一个人留在家中时，她就会叫我过去她家陪她玩。
那已是十多年前的事了。
外婆偶尔也会在那，有时外婆会趁机抓我们俩去听她细说她的陈年往事。外婆不会说华语，所以她只能用她那十分标准的福建话来说给我们听。而当时只有不到十岁的我们，福建话还不到家，我们有一句没一句的听，完全不懂她在‘ngap’么。
所以，我以自己当时有限的福建话词汇，再加上自己‘丰富’的想象力，编制外婆的故事。

一直以来，我都自以为是的以为那就是外婆要传达的故事。
直到表姐披上嫁衣的那一天，我才再次听到外婆的正版故事，原来我编的故事跟真实的故事完全沾不上边。更可悲的是，连故事里的人物都被我搞错了-_-"。

随着时光的流逝，我们都各有各的生活，各有各的忙。
所以我们的联系也没有以前那般密切了。

真的不得不承认，光阴不留人。
小时候的玩伴，如今已是别人的贤内助了。

最后一次和表姐合照应该是十多年前的事了。
穿着婚纱的女人真的很美哦。

新郎过关斩将，成功赢得美人归。

愿这对新婚夫妇永结同心，白头偕老 :)

Le Décembre

I used to love December, for it being the last and most relaxing month of a year.
December = holidays, traveling, X'mas, Tang Yuan, Year End Sales, presents, gathering and also the excitement of looking forward for a new year.

But then, I also notice that bad things happen in this month too. Sometimes the after effects even haunt me for months.

Thank god this time around is not very bad, still, hopefully nothing else will go wrong for the rest of the days in this month.

最近在霹雳金宝发生一连串意外，夺走数条人命。
因为在读的大学离金宝不远，所以妈妈一看见新闻后，即刻打了通电话‘警告’我不准到危险的地方去嬉水。
虽然觉得她很唠叨，可是有家人唠叨也是件幸福的事，不是吗？

很多人认为生死有命，觉得有些意外是注定的，避也避不过。
很多时候，就算知道某些事情的危险性及其后果的严重性，却也一意孤行，把自身的安全完全交给天。

可是我们往往忽略了一点：
不管发生什么事情，最可怜的不是不幸离世的那些人，而是还在生的人。
或许时间可以擦干眼泪，可是那种牵肠挂肚的痛却是一辈子的。

所以不论做什么事，请先替身边的人想一想。

我觉得我很幸运，我身边的人都过的很好。
感谢老天爷的眷顾。

I will be home by tonight, for a 5-day holidays starting tomorrow. Leaving behind all the uncompleted, yet-to-start, halfway-through works.. haha, who cares, because at the end of the day, I don’t think anyone is able to finish all the projects, lab reports, assignments etc before holiday ends..

Have been hearing this since few days ago:

“Die la, I haven’t been doing anything in the holidays, how ar this xxx project, how to get started la?”

“Eh, what are you doing now? what have you done?”

“You know I have been enjoying only, I feel guilty la, haven’t started on anything yet.”

From what I have observed since foundation, we can only get things done by the day before or on the due date itself, that is also by ~~copying~~ referring to the ‘available answers’. The workloads are really crazy but holiday is not meant to complete all the tasks given, but more to having fun while doing work, if able to at least do something ma good lo; if cannot, too bad la but then again, it wouldn’t be an issue until the dateline. Lol..

Anyway, happy holidays, can't wait to go home :)

Its true, but only partially.. because the feeling of getting older started after I was 18 :(

But then, my friend told me the other way around:
"the prettiest time a girl can be is when she is aged between 22-26"

So I said:

今天，上完今早的第一堂课后，我和几个朋友到大学范围里的一间餐厅吃午餐。突然，一位身穿犹如外太空人的白色‘全身服’加一个口罩的男子经过，一边检查餐厅的卫生，一边责备身边一位衣冠端正的男子。过后，那位男子竟然不理一身端庄的打扮收拾起餐桌上的残食和餐具。

当我们吃完午餐准备离开的当儿，又看见一位同班的黑人同学，带着口罩，背着书包，领着床单上了校方特备的客车离开，车上还有另一名带着口罩的学生。不难猜，那两位同学铁定是要被送去最偏远的V6宿舍暂住七天的。

其实，身边也已经有几位学弟被命令搬迁至V6宿舍。自从开始新学期，我们都一直觉得整间学校冷清清的，人烟稀少，很疑惑大家都跑去了哪里。现在，我们总算有了点头绪，那些学生应该都被送去隔离了吧。

那些被隔离的学生的三餐不知如何解决咧？朋友开完笑说可能像喂猴子般把食物抛进去他们的宿舍（不好意思，我这位朋友本身也是只猴子）。无端端获得一星期‘免上课令’对某些学生来说或许也不是件坏事，可被隔离的那七天里，他们会不会闷到发霉啊？

现在，当大家经过学校的诊疗所时，都会好奇地望向里面。有些人还故意绕道走以便不用经过那里，或是在逼不得已的情况下快步离开诊疗所范围。

这种非常时刻，班上任何一个人咳嗽都很像会造成全班人的惊慌。所以就算普通的伤风咳嗽，大家都会死撑着，因为一不小心咳一下，就会看到有人掩着鼻子或听到有人说‘H1N1哦。’

其实，比起被传染，大家似乎更担心被隔离。

First Saturday of New Semester

Its Saturday, finally... so what?

I woke up at 9am in the morning, breakfast, read online news.
11.30am, couldn't stand the too wordy news and dim room, went back to bed.

1pm, hungry, woke up again to have lunch, Maggi to be exact, too lazy to even step out from the house to buy proper food.
Up to now, I have finished 5 episodes of the same drama, with one hour nap (again..) in between.

Sit until backbone pain, watch until eyes pain, sleep until headache!

No mood to go for the sixth episode for today, can't go for sport because its too hazy outside, can't sleep anymore because I have excessive of sleep!

So, what to do?
I was rolling on the bed, mumbling, asking my roommate what can I do while waiting for Pusing Pasar Malam tonight.
My roommate suggested :"Enough rolling on the bed, roll on the floor la.. more spacious." -_-"

我老了，怎么办？

我发现，我似乎开始有老化的迹象。

从前，我可以跑草场两圈半；现在跑不完一圈。
从前，我骑脚踏车可以用接近十分钟一公里的速度；现在... 忘了有多久没骑了。
从前，我可以持续两个小时的空手道训练；现在应该坚持不到半粒钟吧？
从前，我可以持续站着多过四小时（打假期工时）；现在最多四十分钟？
从前，我可以做很多软骨运动；现在，再用力些恐怕会骨折。
从前，一天五餐也不担心变胖；现在不管吃多吃少体重有增无减。
从前，攀高爬低蹦蹦跳跳不会喘；现在走多一点路就上气不接下气了。

最惨的是，或许因为早前做了过多搬运工作，好端端的背椎骨竟然会疼痛，坐直弯腰都会有刺刺痛的感觉。

认不清方向不在话下，偶尔还会有短暂失忆症。（譬如说，忘了两星期前曾看过的电影内容，忘了十分钟前做过的事....）

我会不会有未老先衰症啊?
真悲哀，我还不到二十二岁咧~

Haven't been signing in blogger for more than a month, not because I am too busy, not because I am too lazy, not because I have nothing to blog about.. but I simply... forget about the existence of my blog lo..

Starting the first day of July, I have been moving back to my hometown, so its back and forth my office in KL and my home in Klang. One journey alone takes me more than 2 hours, 45++ minute of driving + 55++ minutes of KTM + 15++ minutes of LRT + walking and waiting time.. Thank god I didn't have to do it for the past 7 months, or else I would be dying by now. Although its a good way of losing weight, but staying at home wo.. can lose weight meh?

Starting this month also, I have been very free. Nothing much to do at the site, so I am back to office. Nothing much to do in the office also, since all the tasks given to me are completed almost at the same time. So what to do ler? When I told my friends I am too free, they scolded me :" Go do your final report la!" Talking about final report, its not that I don't wanna do it.. but.. its so sad to say that I have completed it early early, printed out the hardcopy and settled the CD as well.
So?

Today is my second last day in the office. Guess what have I done since this morning?
Tidying up my table, throwing papers, printing my personal stuff, reading blogs, wandering about in the office asking around where to do the hardcover for my report, go for lunch, came back from lunch repeating what I was doing before going for lunch......
(at this point I believe that I am somewhat, a bad employee..)
But tell me, what else can I do ler?

I burst into laughter.

I still remember these are the opening and ending videos for our drama presentation during the first year of Foundation, it was 4 years back. The short story title assigned to us was 'Moon, moon, drop me a knife' if I am not mistaken. We were allowed to edit anything from the original story, so we eventually came up with the story with the title 'Sun, sun, drop me a hammer'.

The original story was about a family tragedy, we din run out much from the original theme, in fact we made it more dramatic, but at the same time adding in a lot of funny scenes.

I was acting as Bibi and Missy Suan. Bibi is the daughter of Angular (HuiChing) and De Bono (XiYi) who was killed by her own father. In short, Bibi is a ghost. Missy Suan is the nurse of Dr. Lee (JunJia), a not-so-professional doctor. We even had special guests (Chong and Boon Tat) to help out in the drama.

I can't recall every scene, but some of the scenes are still pretty clear in my mind

Father Buguero was bullied by the mental patients
Three mental patients (Chong, Boon Tat and Som Phong) shouting 'run for your life!!' when Father Buguero was frustrated by their rudeness
One of the mental patients (Som Phong) wearing two different colours of socks, one shorter and the other one longer, dancing 'I like to move it'
One of the mental patients (Boon Tat) imitating superman by tying a towel around his neck and running around in the class
Angular fainted when she saw her daughter was killed by her husband (someone actually thought that she fainted for real and wanted to save her)
Angular hit De Bono using the hammer (I still remember the way she hit, damn funny.. )
Missy Suan helped Angular to escape from the mental hospital

I remember when we brainstorming for the scripts, making opening and closing videos, memorizing the scripts, inviting special guests for better effects, praticising until late at night..
and of coz.. having lots of fun!!

After 4 years, all those have become our sweet memories :-)

p/s: I love the last part of the closing video, no one helped us to take the video, we thought it was timer for photo shooting, but it just happened that all of us so 'ngam' pose at the so 'ngam' timing and so 'ngam' all of us fit so nicely in the screen. Everything was out of spontaneity yet its so nice..

I read this post from shea teng's blog this morning.
It reminds me of one picture I have but I would skip it everytime I am browsing my pictures.
It was taken during civilians outing on 14th of December 2008.
In Ipoh, Halo Cafe.

I think I don't have to enlarge the picture, it is pretty clear that 'someone' or 'something' or 'some-what-so-ever' was passing by when the picture was taken.
The photographer took 2 pictures for the same pose because he said that the first picture was not so clear.
The second picture was taken in less than 1 second after the first one.
and look.....

Where was it?
Of course it is possible for a normal person to walk passed by the place in less than 1 second.

Our pose and facial expressions were still the same, even the guy at the back was still holding his handphone.

But the creepy part is, right after the 2 pictures were taken, we looked at the camera (just to ensure the picture's quality), we actually saw the dark shadow from the screen of camera, we looked around, there wasn't anyone with black colour top in the cafe, and I am 200% sure that no one passed by when we were capturing the picture.

Anyway, we didn't want to scare ourselves so we just pretend nothing is wrong and forget about it.
But everytime I see the picture, I still have the creepy feeling.

This is one of the very unique ceremonies I witnessed.

In-situ Foundation Opening Ceremony

The tent was prepared specially for this less-than-30 minute ceremony.
All the site works had to be ceased about 1 hour before the ceremony.

Even the dog came to join the crowd..
The HSE committees are gonna be in trouble if there is any spot check at the site..
This dog has never received CIDB course,
it has no green card
it is here without a safety helmet.. and safety boots, too.

*The contractor told me they've booked it's PPE, but because the PPE has to be custom made that's why it takes some time -_-" *

Actually the ceremony was just like one of the very common ceremony, starting with arriving of VIPs, opening speech, speech by project director, speech by VIP, doa recitation and so on.

What makes it unique is its opening gimmick!!

Look, this is an ordinary bored hole..
which doesn't look nice.

...and this is the bored hole after decoration.
The only word I would use to describe it is cute!!
It is cute, isn't it? :P

and also this!!

The VIPs gonna pour the concrete into the bored hole
which looks something like this.

It was actually 43m deep from the ground level, the water level was quite high because the groundwater sipped into the hole from sideway after it was left open without concreting for one day.

So this is what they did for opening gimmick..

Then same action, by few different persons..

When everyone was happily looking at the opening gimmick,
what worries us is how long the soil of the bored hole could stand before it collapses and affect the pile capacity.

All the VIPs who presented at the ceremony, KL Mayor and the Brunei Minister of Finance were there also, just that I didn't know which one and which one.

And among the VIPs presented were the Brunei Minister of Communication (not Minister of Finance), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brunei Investment Agency and the Managing Director of Brunei Investment Agency.

Weekends

Before going for internship, I always heard from the seniors saying that internship is very enjoyable and fun. I used to think that the reason could be because you only have to do your work during office hours, after working you can do whatever you like. Anyway after I started my intern life, I realize that things are not exactly like what i heard of. Although you don't have to face the boring books, but the responsibilities you carry for the jobs you are doing for your company are actually quite heavy also.

Sometimes I think that working life is so ‘lifeless’, we are like waking up in the morning, going to work, eating, going back from work, sleeping, and then everything repeats. That is why I think we should at least have something to look forward to, to give us motivation while doing work.

One thing I really like about internship life is the weekends. To be frank, I look forward to Friday starting from Monday to Thursday every week. Who doesn’t like holidays? Without having to worry about reports, assignments, tests or exams, the Saturdays and Sundays are totally up to us to ~~waste~~ fully use.

My recent weekends can be described with the words ‘tiring’, ‘hot’, ‘sun-burn’, yet FUN!! Last week we make our journey to Penang, I am really lazy to write about the whole trip, but I guess a picture means thousand words :P

The main purpose of this Penang trip was to celebrate the duggies' birthdays.
Their birthday cake was custom-made, specially for them, and it was damn cutee :P

Four ducks symbolize the four birthday ~~ducks~~ guys.

All about him

I am so glad that he is finally back to me, again.

I still remember three years ago, I met him for the first time. Since then, he has been part of my life.
Many people don't understand why I choose him, there are still much better ones outside, but I know he is just the right one for me.
He doesn't study, but he is smart.
He helps me in my assignments, tests and even finals.
He always reminds me what to do, without him my life could be very unorganized.
He doesn't talk much, but he lightens my days.
He accompany me everytime I am struggling for final.
He is always beside me, when I was burning midnight oil for my reports or assignments.
Without him, my life is dull and colourless.

He has been working too much, that's why he always falls sick.
It was my fault, I didn't know how to take care of him.
His body became weaker day after day, and was easily attacked by viruses, I was really helpless.
The worst case ever, he was in coma for more than one week.
That was the most critical situation I've ever faced for him, I didn't know what and where is the problem.
Everyone advised me to leave him and change a new one, but I just couldn't let him go.
I promised to myself that I would do whatever to bring him back to me.
I spent almost all the money I had at that moment to save him.
After an really big operation, he is finally awake.
He is like changing a new leaf, he is with a healthier and stronger body by then, but he has lost all our memories.

Anyway, I am still glad that he is back, alive.
I won't complain he is noisy and slow anymore.
As long as he is with me and stay loyal to me.

I actually don't feel like revealing his identity, but he is sitting beside me when I am typing this,
so I think I have to introduce him here.

He is my beloved guy,
my CPU.

北京来的总经理

晚上七时四十五分，手头上的工作还没做完，可是因为天色已暗，只好离开办公室。就在通往KLCC轻快铁站路途中，突然被一位相貌端正，个子高大的男子截着去路，他穿着像上班族，手上还提了个工事包。

以下是凭我的记忆，我门之间的对话：

他：（操着北京腔）小姐，你会讲华语吗？

我：嗯。

他：我是从北京来的，今天第一天到马来西亚。你有去过北京吗？

我：没有。

他：那你下次来北京可以来找我。哪，（拿出名片，名片上什么字都不起眼，只有那‘总经理’三个字最枪眼） 这是我的名片，我是北京一家公司的总经理。是这样子的，我刚来这里，没有马币，我的信用卡又不能过账，想请问你可不可以借我点钱吃晚餐?

我 : 。。。。。

他：就一点钱，吃一顿饭就够了。你不用担心我不还你钱，我是位总经理（拿出护照，随便翻几面，什么也看不清楚） 没有必要骗你的钱，明天我就把钱还你。你在哪家公司上班？明天我打个电话给你，把钱送去你的办公室。你告诉我，你的办公室在哪里。

我：。。。。。（随便指向高楼大厦林立的方向，这么多栋楼，他大概得不懂那一栋才是。）

他：你的电话号码是什么？明天等我老板到了之后，我把钱送去给你。

我：我刚刚换了电话号码，我不记得我的电话号码是多少，016... 我只记得最后三个号码是913。

他：没关系，你现在用你的电话打来我的电话。

我：我的电话坏了，现在用着我哥哥的电话，不方便把号码随便给人。

他：小姐，那你可不可以借一点钱给我渡过难关？就这一餐...

我：。。。。。（四处张望，路人都不以为然，没人可以帮我。）

他：小姐，大家都是中国人，应该互相帮助。你也会又遇到困难的时候啊。

我：我觉得你应该去警察局。

他：小姐，他们也不能做什么啊。他们说我们这种生意团的，他们不理的。

我：（当时天色已经很暗了，真得很想走了，逼不得已，无可奈何，不甘不愿的拿出十令吉）

他：谢谢你啊小姐，明天我请你吃午餐。可是阿，小姐，你能不能再多给一些，我也需要找个酒店睡一个晚上。

我 : （哇靠，贪得无厌）你去像其他人借吧，我不够钱。

他：小姐，我想你借钱已经觉得很羞耻了，我也有自尊心的啊。

我：（你真的有自尊心就不会这样出来骗钱啦）我真的没有钱了，我再给你的的话我就不用回家了。

他：可是你可以去按钱啊。

我：（乍到！）我没有ATM卡，不能按。

他：就在一点点钱，住一个晚上，小姐，我拜托你。

我：就算我借你，也不够你住酒店。

他：我就住那些廉价酒店，那些在唐人街的。

我：你要怎样去那里，你有钱去咩？

他：从这里走路过去啰，小姐，拜托你。

我： （打开钱包，拿出几张RM1，还不是很想给他) 我就只有这些了。

他： （探头看我的钱包）我看见你有一张五十块耶。

我：（严重乍到！）这些钱不能给，给了你我也不用回家了。

他：你需要多少钱搭车回家？

我：三十多。

他：这样吧，你把你的五十块给我，我还你十块，那你够钱回家了吧。

我：（MD, 我真的火大，干脆收回那几张RM1) 你要再这样，我就连那十块钱也收回，到时你就连一分钱都不用拿！！（怒视了他一眼，直接走人）

刚开始，我以为他只是问路的旅客，因为KLCC一带每天都有很多观光旅客，身为马来西亚人我也想让外国人对马来西亚留下好印象。可是当他开口要钱时我就知道他肯定是来骗钱的。他是总经理，我还是中国总理咧！真不晓得他是看上马来西亚人怜悯心泛滥，还是马来西亚女生拜金主义，不然也不会用什么‘总经理’来骗吃。因为当时时候已经不早了，又不知哪里找人帮忙，逼不得已才给他十块打发他，只是没想到他的脸皮竟然厚到像一面墙，真的没天理！！

第二天我告诉同事有个中国老向我要钱，她第一个反应就是 “不要相信他们！”。原来她也遭遇过这种事，还离谱到在同一天里遇上两个老千。同事告诉我那些中国老千都住在KLCC附近的酒店。

以下是这些老千用来行骗的途径：

这些人都出没在KLCC， Jalan Ampang 一带。
相貌端正，衣着整齐，口操北京腔华语。
专向大马华人下手。
“真得很高兴终于遇到会讲华语的人”
都是说‘借’钱吃饭的。
理由可能是皮包掉了/ 信用卡不能刷
“大家都是中国人” （简直是废话！谁跟你是同一国的？我是马来西亚人！）
他们还会让你觉得他们找上你是你的‘荣幸’

** 其实我自己的婆婆也曾经在探望完亲戚后遗失钱包，没钱搭巴士回家。当时幸好有位好心的路人借她钱买东西吃和搭车回家，她才得以安全抵家。所以当有陌生人用这种借口向我要钱时，我会想起我的婆婆，然后犹豫其可信度。就是因为这样被那位中国仁兄逮到机会越讨越多，得寸进尺。十块钱就当买个教训吧。 **

It was our 'dai kar che's birthday, so no matter how busy, how lazy or how reluctant we were, we had to be there. Even Joshua Ling came all the way down from Penang to join us, of course those who are already in KL have no excuse to miss it.. Must give face to our 'dai kar che' ma right?

So here it comes, the last day of 2008.
2008 has been a very meaningful year for me.
A year that...
.. I have grown up to be a wiser person
.. I learned about sensitivity
.. I learned about happiness
.. I learned about being grateful
.. I learned about valuing myself

and finally
A year that I learned about precious F.R.I.E.N.D.S.H.I.P

However, 2008 will soon become history.
I am looking forward to the new year.

在这个国度，人们都只带着三种‘神’情。
（一）沙丁鱼罐里坐着的人闭目养‘神’
（二）沙丁鱼罐里站着的人目中无‘神’
（三）沙丁鱼罐外的人统统凶‘神’恶煞

可是为了成仙，人们都不顾一切把自己变成沙丁鱼，塞进沙丁鱼罐子里上路。

It stands for Engineering Team Project, a subject that is made compulsory for all third year first semester engineering students.

My ETP teammates.

Since the grouping was done by the course coordinator, I basically didn't know anyone of them before we were put in the same group.

Our task is to come out with a engineering project to pass the course.

So we invented this:

We call it SHOE DRYER

Building this prototype is never easy. It all started from an idea, survey, research, investigation on the engineering concepts applied, experiments to prove the concepts, fabrication of the prototype, modification of the model and finally the model you see in the picture above.

I know it looks a little bit like a coffin -_-"

However, its much useful than what it looks like.
It is proven that it is able to dry shoes within 2-3 hours without leaving any yellow stains or unpleasant smell on the shoes.
Just place your shoes in it, set a suitable temperature and wait for 2 hours for it to dry completely.

This product is still not perfect yet, as this is only a prototype and we constructed it all by urselves. It can still be further improved.

Actually..
The purpose I am writting all these is to know that..

if this product is to be commercialize with the price of about RM100-150

would you consider to buy one??

hehe..

p/s: I just wanna know what do you think about this product..

I am not doing any business here..

I am neither promoting nor selling it..

Because we only have one SHOE DRYER and its not belong to me.

凭着坚毅不菝的精神，我们继续往前走。

可是上天赐予的另一个提示...
（手鸡=售妓？？）

...却给了我们更大的失落感。

到最后，我们宣布任务失败

为了避免被上司毒打，我们做足了防范措施。

也准备了逃命工具。

无论如何，请不要小看我们的实力。
我们等待下一个更艰辛的任务，准备随时侯命。

反正就算任务不成功，我们也能够逃命 :-P

Journey To The South - Part II (Singapore)

Second Stop: National University of Singapore (NUS)

We reached the NUS campus around 9 something in the morning.
After a short briefing by the lecturers there, we were brought to visit their Structural Lab and Geotechnical Lab.
Also, 3 HICOM of NUS Civil Engineering Society gave us another short introduction about their club.

This is the Japanese Professional introducing the technology they have in their Geotechnical Lab.

The lady with black colored t-shirt is the vice president of the NUS Civil Engineering Club and the guy standing beside her is the president.

The next place we were brought to after NUS, but we only stayed there for about half an hour.
It is something like an exhibition of future urban development of Singapore.

Journey To The South - Part I (UTM, Skudai)

I was missing for 3 days.
Where had I been?

First stop : Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

It was an educational trip organized by Civil Engineering Students' Society of UTP (UCITY).
With 2 buses, 4 drivers, 70++ undergraduate students, 3 lecturers, few lab technicians and few post-graduate students.
We left UTP on August 28 around 9.30pm..

and arrived in UTM around 7.00am on the next day.
After breakfast, we attended a short briefing by UTM Civil Engineering faculty.

Camwhor-ing outside the faculty.
Everyone looked tired, after a long journey.

We paid a visit to UTM structural lab.

Next, Marine Technology Centre.
We're so amazed by the facilities they have in there for research purposes.

This was Aeronautical & Space department, part of UTM Mechanical Engineering department.
They have a huge wind tunnel and several aeroplane and car models in the lab.

We had some sport activities with the Civil Engineering students in UTM, too.
However, not everyone took part, above was few of those.. haha..

This small boy is sweet. He texted me to wish me Happy Birthday.
It was my birthday according to Chinese Lunar calendar, but my friends said it wasn't my 'real' birthday.
*hmm.. what do you mean by 'real' wo..*

One of my friends told me that I am not supposed to celebrate my lunar birthday with my friends, I should celebrate it with my family instead, but I am so far from my house now :-( My younger brother texted me using my sister's handphone, but he only typed four words "生日快乐".

I remember he hasn't learned hanyu pinyin yet, that's why I was kinda surprised.. hehe.. and at first I thought it was my sister who sms-ed me, so I replied "不要讲罢了，礼物咧？" (Don't say only, where is my present? ). There was no reply after that. I think he only knows how to type that four characters.. haha..

Not knowing how to reply, he called me after that and asked me to eat more and nice food.
Isn't he sweet? ^_^

我曾经因为一个人的一句话，放弃了当时想要把头发剪短的念头。直到前几天突然又冒起了这样的念头，可是这一次，不出三天我就把它给实践了。

不是厌倦了长发，只是突然很想让自己释怀一下。近期发生了这么多事，我学会了不让别人左右我的决定，学会了为自己而活。家人也是在生米煮成熟饭后，才得知我的这项决定，当然他们不会有很大的意见，因为他们知道他们的意见对我起不了很大的作用，他们已经习惯了我的我行我素 :-P

从小学毕业后头发就不曾短过肩膀，这个转变对我而言有着一定的意义，它替我转述着一个事实。如果被问起会不会想念长发，或许会，可是我不会后悔，因为这是我的决定。

一位印裔同胞对我说：“为什么你把头发剪短？你已经不漂亮了，我对你失去了兴趣。”
（这似乎是件好事哦..）
一位莫桑比克朋友对我说：“我还是比较喜欢你的长发。”
（嗯.. 我想.. 我自己喜欢比较重要吧？）

虽然还不是很习惯自己现在的样子，可是觉得自己的头轻了很多，心情也好了许多：-）

CIDB Seminar

We attended a CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia) seminar last Saturday which is compulsory for us in order to obtain a Green Card to enter construction site in the future. We are future Civil Engineers ( .. if manage to graduate la...), there are chances that we will need to go to the sites.

Oh ya.. forgot to mention, it was a 8-hour seminar.

Joshua was called to be the volunteer to demonstrate the right way of using safety harness.

At the end of the seminar, each of us get a safety helmet for free :-P
Errmm.. I think Civil Engineering department paid for it.

We were so excited that we started our camwhore session with the safety helmet.
These two uncles trying to act coooool..

You can say we don't have the engineer's look (may be not yet..),
but please don't say we look like site workers.. please..

The seminar wasn't that effective I guess..
Because even after the seminar, out of 7 people, only one of us wore the helmet in the right way.

Guess what, the pak guards were having durian party behind Pocket C!! haha..

Pak guards are generous, they might not be willing in giving summons,
but they are more than happy to share the local fruits with students.

of Dog, Bone and Fishes

When I was small, my primary school teacher told me this story:

Once upon a time, there was a dog with a bone in its mouth. It crossed a bridge and saw its own reflection in the river. It thought there was another dog in the river with another bone, so it stupidly jumped into the river, wanted to fight for another bone. Consequently, not only it didn't get the bone in the water, it lost its own bone as well.
Moral of the story : Don't be greedy.

Now, I am not primary school kid anymore. I have my own version of the story:

Once upon a time, there was a dog with the same bone, crossed the same bridge, saw the same reflection of itself, thought the same thing, did the same thing and jumped into the same river. Ok, of course it didn't get the bone in the river and it eventually lost his own bone, but instead of feeling sad and regret upon its loss, it started to blame the fishes in the water for stealing its bone away. The bone was somewhere in the water, just that the dog couldn't find it. The fishes actually didn't care about the existence of the bone in the water, because it doesn't cause any increase in BOD of the water, but they, being innocent, were blamed over something ridiculous which they had never done before. Now, there was no more peace in the water. Will the dog poison the river? We will see.....
Moral of the story: Don't know, think about it yourself.

I like being part of this course, though we always have to stand the hot sun.

I like people to call us as 'civil girls', although when they say that, they mean 'guyish'.
They say, civilians are not civilized at all. Ermm.. may be.
We talk to each others like scolding, because that is the most usual way we communicate with each other.
We started to have civilians outings since previous semester, usually there will be at least 1 outsiders in our outing. Lol..
But this time, only civilians were presence.
And this is our last semester before we going for internship.

So, "What are we actually celebrating today?"
Haha.. who cares? The most important thing was to have fun!!
"Celebrate our third-year in UTP of course!!"
In other words, we are getting older. *sigh*

We had our dinner in Citrus.
Nice environment + nice food + great friends = Marvelous dinner!!

We shifted to the table in the garden for our dessert.

At first we planned to watch a movie, but the cinema was full on that day.
We ended up went to sing K.

Frankly, that was the first time I actually sang in front of my friends.
But Angkhian told me after that she could hardly hear my voice.
It was then 1 something in the morning, but we still didn't want to call it a day.
We somehow felt like it hadn't reached the climax of the outing yet.

Where was that? Somewhere in Ipoh.
And what were we holding? haha..

Installing Love

Well, after much consideration, I've decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process?

Well, I'm not very technical, but I think I'm ready. What do I do first?

The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?

Yes, but there are several other programs running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running?

What programs are running ?

Let's see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge and Resentment running right now.

No problem, Love will gradually erase Past Hurt from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed. Can you turn those off ?

I don't know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

With pleasure. Go to your start menu and invoke Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge and Resentment have been completely erased.

Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?

Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades.

Oops! I have an error message already. It says, "Error - Program not run on external components." What should I do?

Don't worry. It means that the Love program is set up to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart. In non-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others.

So, what should I do?

Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on the following files: Forgive-Self; Realize Your Worth; and Acknowledge your Limitations.

Okay, done.

Now, copy them to the "My Heart" directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories and empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.

Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files. Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over My Heart. Is this normal?

Sometimes. For others it takes awhile, but eventually everything gets it at the proper time. So Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with others and return some cool modules back to you.

朋友最近买了一盆花，不知道是什么花，只知道它很美，很鲜艳。身边大多数女性朋友都是‘花痴’，我却不喜欢花，所以我常说我不像女人。

我不是不喜欢花，也许我只是害怕花。小时候曾经种过花，却都因为照顾不周把花给弄枯萎了。之后就不喜欢种花了，照顾一盆花不容易，需要很多时间，精力及耐性。而我给自己的借口是 “我不想害死它们” 来掩饰自己的失败。

有些人喜欢同一时间栽种很多种子，分散投资，省略照料的时间与精力，等待其中一颗种子长出花来。
有些人只种一颗种子，悉心照料，将全副心机都放在一颗种子上。
当然第一种类的人往往有所收获，因为如果种那么多种子都没有一颗开出花来的话，那他也蛮倒霉的吧。
第二种类的人虽然有点冒险，可是一旦种子发芽长大，种出的花一定更美更茁壮。

说了这么多，我的重点其实是，我很讨厌第一种类的人。
可曾想过他们糟蹋了多少颗种子?

花只是个代名词，这篇文章不是针对种花人。

Lost and still not found

I realize that I am actually very careless. I have bad memory, always forget where I keep my stuff. And then, I lose them.

I lost my pendrive on last Thursday and I only realized it after 3 days. One day after that, I found my bicycle missing in action. My bike wasn't being stolen, it was just being 'taken away' by someone, simply because I didn't lock it. My fault. *Sigh*

I always think that the things that we lost is like the 'yuan wang' money that we wasted. I ever lost 2 or 3 calculators in one semester, countless water bottles, countless umbrellas and so on, so on and so on. No wonder I always broke. My mom always nag me for not knowing how to take care of my own stuff, and she said if I keep on being careless like this, I will eventually lose myself one day. Just wait for that day to come.

I never care about my bike until I lost it. Now I am missing it so much, I miss the feeling of cycling at night. May be it is missing me somewhere too, waiting for me to bring it back, but I couldn't sense where it is now, may be our bond is not strong enough.

Enough of craps, back to reality. My bike is still no where to be found.

又是雨天，又冷又饿，不想动。窝在房间里，做什么都觉得不对劲。

那小瓜打电话来。
“你忘了把你的自动笔带去学校，你不要用了啊？”
“你猜我的科学拿到多少分？8字头的”
“你怎样知道？你认识我的科学老师咩？”
“那你猜得到我的 science 拿多少分吗？”
（现在的小学生很命苦，一个科目双种语言。）
“明天考国语，二姐不会教我啦。”

我们的谈话永远都会被同样的背景声音给打断，“不要讲那么久，电话费贵啊”。
在家里觉得他很吵，还十分过动，永远静不下来。可是我却很喜欢跟他谈天，他常用他那幼稚的声音和语气，似懂非懂的装严肃假正经起来。压力大时，我也会找他聊天，问他班上哪位女生比较漂亮，他竟然也能回答出来。

又是雨天，让人变得很懒散，该做的东西还没做，也提不起劲去做。

大清早，听到这样一个白目小姐打来的电话，真不知应该好气还是好笑。
她是担心我不知道自己的妈妈叫什么名字，还是怕我忘了自己是我妈妈的女儿？
亦或者是，她以为我还是位没办法做出理性推断的小学生？
无论如何，这并不代表着我的声音听起来年轻，她可能觉得我的声音听起来幼稚，才错误以为我是位被妈妈关在家里的坏小孩吧？
不管她是凭着哪一个可能性打那一通电话，她已经成功地在我心目中留下深刻的印象。

中学的时候，我们曾经承诺过，就算以后上了不同的大学或是去了不同的地方工作，我们也一定要保持联络。当时有位朋友还说要约定至少每两个星期见一次面，我的反应是“一定不可能办得到”。事实证明，中学毕业后我们都在不同的州属上学，甚少机会回家，唯有在放假期间才能见上几次面。而那位提议至少每两个星期见一次面的朋友，在大多数的聚会里都不见踪影。-_-"

以前常常觉得，离开家人及身边的好朋友未必是一件坏事，因为我们可以借此机会学习独立，不依赖别人。可是当我进入大学的第一天，看见的都是些不熟悉的面孔，脑海里就突然浮现了许多熟悉的脸孔，还有她们的口头禅。

很多人都觉得读男校或女校很无趣，因为除了教师与校工，清一色都是同样性别的学生。我们都不以为然，还十分乐在其中呢。还记得我们上演黑社会谈判及喊杀镜头，翻转校园。愚人节捉死壁虎吓人，用厕所污水喷人，用扫把打人，粉笔画校裙，鸡蛋面粉丢头等等.. 当然还有很多恶行不方便透露，虽然我们的形象都已经毁得七七八八了，但在部落格里还是得照顾一下的。

现在大家也已经‘老’了，青春活力不再，也没有以前那般疯狂了。当岁月慢慢的流逝，大家都沿着自己的梦想奔去，读书的赶成绩，做工的赶业绩，我们的大家庭也渐渐的越来越小了，因为大家的生活圈子已经慢慢的移位，减少了重叠的部分，也减少了给彼此的空间。

可是当遇到挫折或想不开的问题时，我第一个想到的还是家乡的老朋友们。就算她们不能帮我解决难题，大家一起‘吹水’讲‘威水史’也是一种乐趣，可以暂时忘掉所有恼人的事。而当水吹干了，威水事迹讲尽了后，我们也已经不愿再去想那些烦人的事了。

我们很多时候都很不正经，贪玩，八卦，不顾形象，口是心非，讲话很大声，笑声也很吓人，还常常把自己的快乐建筑在别人的痛苦上，但是我们却成为了彼此最好的听众与顾问，而我们的友谊也渐渐成为了我们的避风港。
谢谢你们，因为不管我走了多远，每当我回头时，我依然能够看见你们的笑容。

进了大学才体会到，假期太长也是一种折磨。下午与一位友人‘废’话家常，他建议我当个量地官，在家里量地板。我告诉他，我不止量完整间屋子的地板，还把地板顺便也擦干净咧。

今天看副刊时，读到了职场上的‘三等’公民；第一等，上班等下班；第二等，星期一等星期五；第三等，工作久了等退休。这让我联想起很多学生也是‘三等’民族；一等，上课等下课；二等，开学等放假；三等；读到厌了等毕业！而现在，我既不用上课，也不用上班，可是我依然是‘三等’人，只是我‘等’的东西不一样；‘等吃，等睡，等死’。这样‘踩’自己似乎太过极端，有点像社会垃圾的感觉，但我相信，这世上一定会有‘知音人’能了解我现在极度无聊的心情。（至少上述那位‘废友’就是其中一位.. 哈哈）

这位友人还建议我看连续剧，我才想起放假之前我在学校下载了两部港剧，一部台剧，一部英语连续剧，再加上一个在巴刹买的DVD。在大考期间看着这些连续剧流口水，多想在一个晚上扫完整套戏，可是当假期来临时，却不知怎么的怎样也提不起劲去看。我告诉朋友说，人就是这样犯贱，失去的与得不到的永远是最珍贵的。

无论如何，我的睡眠时间有增无减，这算是我在假期里最值得高兴与光荣的事情吧。在学校永远无法睡到自然醒，而且就算有时间睡觉也无法睡得安心，所以当然要乘假期时间一次过赎回所有失去的睡眠时间咯..哈哈..

大学生活是多么的忙碌，恨不得假期赶快来。可是当假期来临时，却突然觉得太空闲，还多了份愧疚感，觉得自己像是个废人似的。都说了，人都是犯贱的动物，或许不是所有人都有同感，至少我就是这样子的。

什么时候才开学啊？-_-"

意外的镇定，抚摸着慢慢复原的伤口，已成了伤痕。就算再撒盐，也不会痛。
嘴角上扬，但不见微笑，而是轻蔑。
才明白，身体呈现的自然抵抗力，是一种恩赐。
过去多么不堪回首，似乎已经不重要，有谁会在乎？
被谎言蒙蔽的双眼，不是无法看见曙光，只是不愿意把眼罩拿下。
是没有勇气，还是不愿输给那卑微的自尊心？

诺言有多无谓，把人无助地困在无情的四面墙，摸黑找不到出口。
谢谢你无意的点燃那一盏灯，我会凭着那微弱的灯光找寻出路。
曾经愚昧地把自己囚禁在倔强的监狱，做遗憾的奴隶。
掀下丑陋的面纱，我已将自己释放。

谢谢你。
虽然花了太多的时间，
绕了太大的圈，
浪费了太多的精力，
失去了太多的快乐。

这一切多么的不值得。
我会记得，要坚强。

Langkawi Trip

Frankly, I didn't expect this trip to be as fun.
With 2 Kapar people, 1 TNB people, 1 Batu 15 people, 1 Shah Alam people, 1 Johor people and 1 Sabah people in the trip. 3 totally new faces, yet it was like we already knew each other for long.

Actually I've just visited Langkawi Island last year with a gang of crazy guys (my brother's friends), so this is my second visit to the same island. Though we visited the same places in the island, but with different people in the trip, it was a totally different feel, of course we had fun, no doubt!! haha..

Too bad I can't upload pictures in my blog due to some errors on this page. Anyway, thanks to all who joined the trip, thanks for the jokes, excitement and fun that are shared. Not to forget our driver who drove us around in the island, thanks to him that we get to visit so many places. He was so professional that he insisted on driving though his leg got hurt while walking back from the waterfall because the rest of us don't use to drive a van.

Back from the trip, I realize something, life is about spreading the fun, to the people around us, it doesn't matter who they are, or who we are. Friendship starts from strangers :-P..

When is our next trip ar? haha..

Nothing is matter now, because I have found the answer.

1. Have you been trying to avoid something or someone?
Ya. I used to be a coward and afraid of facing things that I did not know how to handle, and I was being immatured enough by running away from it. But I have learned that the more you are trying to avoid it, the more it comes back to you. So now, I will choose to face the problem, rather than running away. Still, the best thing is, not to get involved in any kind of problem.

2. Where will you go if someone sponsor you a tour ticket?
Ermm.. Paris?

3. What's your favourite thing to do?
laze around and not doing anything.. haha

If I spent money and buy my younger brother a CJ7 doll, I bet he would be very happy and hugging the doll all the time. Is that considered 'happiness' that was bought by using money?
There are many things that money can buy, but there are more things that money can't buy.

To be happy and being together with all my love ones.

His heart.

Myself.

Partially goes to charity, partially for myself and the rest.. for my family members and let them decide themselves what they wanna do with the money.

The feeling of exam-less, no need to set alarm before sleep.

货柜里的脚踏车

那是一辆在货柜里的脚踏车。

它是我生命里第一份最珍贵的礼物，也是我人生中的一个惊喜。
它让我学会了骑脚踏车。也因为它，我努力的学习骑脚踏车。
它陪我走了一段很长的路，带我到很多不曾去过的地方。
它缩短了我上学的路，也替我减轻了书包的重担。
它让我感受到骑着脚踏车乘着风那种舒服愉快的感觉。
也是因为它，我常常跌得遍体鳞伤。

它让我有了很多很想去的地方，
想骑着它上山看日出；
想骑着它到草原上看星星；
想骑着它走在海边的沙滩上；
虽然山路，草原与沙滩都很难行。

可是现在，它却被安置在货柜里，
占据了货柜里大部分的空间。
不是因为我不再需要它，
或许是因为它已经开始融不进我的世界，
亦或许是因为它已经累了，
不想再背负任何包袱。

因为不舍得把它给丢了，
所以它一直都安静的被放在货柜里。
可是它的存在，
却让整个货柜看起来很狭窄。

我要把它给送走。
因为我要用自己的双肩，
扛起自己的包袱；
还有自己的双腿，
走出自己的路。

走得太仓促，来不及欣赏一路上的风景；
路太直太好走，就忽略了前方可能就是死角；
匆忙的想快点到达目的地，却忘了目的地可能就是尽头。

选择在原地踏步，
是因为害怕，
因为固执，
还是因为不服气？
该回到原点，从新出发；
还是该换个方向，走出自己的路？

曾经因为看不清前方的路而变得不知所措；
可是当一条条的路又开始变得清晰可见时，
我却已经迷失了方向。
